Pros

The CEO and upper management have a stellar reputation of being as transparent as possible with everything that goes on within the company so you never feel like you're in the dark about anything. This is one of the things I appreciate the most as I've worked jobs where employees were constantly being shut out and not allowed to be involved in the growth of the company. All the employees are incredibly welcoming and eager to help one another. It's truly a selfless culture where everyone works very hard together to achieve a common goal and it has truly been one of the best environments to work in. Solid benefits and bonuses when KPI metrics are met/exceeded. StudentBridge definitely does an excellent job of giving us a slice of the pie when we accomplish goals that are set forth. Overall, a fantastic place to be with great people across departments and leadership.

Cons

Normal startup growing pains. You have to be self-motivated and stay on top of your responsibilities and really care about your work as your contributions are more impactful in a smaller company. Some of the benefits could be expanded on such as parental leave but overall, no complaints.

Pros

Really great team to work with. I never had one negative interaction, and I learned a lot!

Cons

The market is tough. Schools are not spending as much.

Pros

Remote and Hybrid work. Decent salary but not great considering the amount of work leadership expects

Cons

Where to even start with this company. This was truly the worst experience that I have ever had with a tech company or any company for that matter. The amount of time that is wasted trying to appease the CEO and COO doing internal presentations (They literally can just read a report in the CRM but instead make you present to them, which is a complete waste of everyone's time), Having to write commitment essays (that's right, they will make you write a commitment essay about once a month on how you are dedicated to the company). They will call you in for completely useless trainings that waste 2 hours consisting of the CEO telling you how great he is the entire time and how much time he spent making the presentation. I have so many stories about this company that I will take with me and laugh about eventually. The best thing about this company for me was learning for the future the type of company to not join based on terrible leadership, toxic culture, zero direction, and products that are nice to haves vs. a solid product market fit.
