      Pros

      Small, have a lot of responsibilities, able to interact with all parts of the company

      Cons

      You are micromanaged, not enough leadership, the leader of the company makes inappropriate comments and tends to be unprofessional. Does not "lead" the company, instead micromanages. Every employee is not treated equally. Leader of the company is condescending when he does not agree with an employee's idea/opinion/suggestion. There is absolutely no room to grow in this company. When I started there were 7 employees and when I left there were 4. The company has been a "start-up" since 2008, it should have gotten off the ground by now.

      Pros

      Absolutely loved it at Studentrate.com. Great company, friendly and welcoming team, creative atmosphere and tons of opportunities. You will work hard and play hard. Started at Studentrate as a junior marketing associate and quickly climb the ladder to become the marketing supervisor training and grooming people along the way. Great management team, smart and creative staff and always want to do better.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Looking at other reviewers I think the size of the company is not a con.
