Planning very fluid often last-minute changes, pay low to fair depending on your position.

I had my interview in Aug 2023. The CEO and VP joined and I was like what? For an entry level job the top brass is joining the interview. Anyhow, it was such an amazing experience and I decided to join. 1 year later I am a part of the management. What sets this company apart is that there is no gossip, no politics, no backstabbing, senior bosses join on regular basis just like junior employees and everyone works for the common goal of the betterment of the students. I don't think I have worked at another company where there is no politics and problems within the staff members. I am proud to say my company is one of its kind. I read somewhere what would you do with extra money is your mental health is being taken apart. And here both of these are taken care of. Don't think twice, just join if you get an opportunity. 100% of the seniors are internal employees. No externals are hired for senior positions. Many of the senior staff joined as a tutor and proved their worth and no help manage the organization. Senior management is always looking for top talent.
