This company takes good care of its employees. Benefits are like everywhere else but there is one major perk, we had a profit sharing this year and it is amazing.

Medical benefits not the greatest.

The only con is the one I'm currently facing, which is that they don't offer cost-of-living raises. Rent keeps going up, but the income doesn't rise with it...
