Pros
The projects are amazing and diverse. There is a lot of space to exercise your creativity, and it is a fun-loving group of people to work with.
Cons
- The CEO is a terrible manager and over promises to every client without consulting the teams that are actually doing the work. This mainly boils down to her not understanding what actually goes into the work her staff does. - Too many projects. Everyone is spread too thin, and no project receives the attention it actually deserves. Constantly working in "survival mode," upwards of 75 hours per work. - No work-life balance. You are expected to make work your life, because that is how the CEO operates.
