Interpersonal skills of management near zero. Name on the door is not even a licensed LA. Best people do not advance but doormats do. Be prepared for management that will lie, be needlessly harsh esp. when changing the rules / work hours etc. on a whim (Friday night IYKYK), allow unprofessional management interactions with clients and staff alike. and cause burnout, high turnover and lost contracts and projects.
