      Good projects. Steady work. Nice office view of downtown Austin.

      Cons

      Leadership style. Allowing the lowest team members to review the more senior person. Affects job status, salary and bonuses. Team members are very good at stabbing you in the back, talking about you in Skype conversations. Management isn’t interested in hearing your side of the story nor do they support you when you try to establish rules for the team.
