Pros
Creative freedom, plenty of hours. This place is a dream come true. Its more like working with a family than some random people. While working here i've gotten the chance to work on a wide variety of different projects, and theres always something to do.
Cons
The AC is always on cold, and our render farm is a bit loud. All cons, i can think of, are superficial at best.
