Great pay, great benefits, and generally good coworkers.
Cons
Ineffective managers, frequent silent layoffs (you don't find out someone's been let go until weeks after the fact, even if they're involved in your project), no job advancement. Was laid off with no reason given—I asked, they refused to tell me anything other than "it's not performance related"
