Pros
As a Top Tutor, it's quite easy to find assignments that I like, and from the time I've been with the company, I've also gotten some returning clients. I can also get to choose assignments based on my availability and work on them according to the deadline given. This is a plus especially since I have a full-time job now.
Cons
It might a bit difficult during the first months when you are still trying to establish your own reputation as a good tutor on the site. You are competing with hundreds of other tutors who are bidding for the same assignments. Commissions are also quite high, which is quite disheartening at times when I am trying to save money.
