Pros
Was at STYLE for 4+ years as an intern and then full time employee. Loved the encouragement and family atmosphere. Even after being in another job for the last couple of years, the STYLE team still supports and offers advice. They encourage a team mentality by celebrating birthdays, helping each other out on projects that require additional eyes/expertise.
Cons
A lot of clients/accounts - but that's what I loved about my job. Different fields of work and different projects each day - never bored!
