The organization is open to move people within functions giving employees to get a rounded off experience which helps them grow professionally. What is more important is that the organization is patient enough and allows employees time to settle down and deliver in their new roles and not start expecting magic from day 0. 4. Balances out work with fun. Relaxed atmosphere on the floor. Regular business updates to the entire team means everyone knows what their work is helping achieve

1. The organization is in a growth phase , so some days can get stretched. 2. Agility means some decisions may need to be reversed or require course correction, which means some duplication of work

I had a really good experience with my team. learnt a lot about the business and got a lot of ownership for my projects
