      Pros

      Can gain good experience in customer engagement and meet new customers, Salary on time.. Lots of job openings on time to time due to huge employee fallout..

      Cons

      Very toxic management.. Employees are mistreated and manipulated by managers.. Managers and higher ups does mistake and skillfully put it on the employee head and white wash themselves.. Nearly 100 employees left the organization in 2022 alone due to hostile working environment
