      Cons

      Horrible CEO trying to move R&D to factory, has devastated R&D. Tremendous loss of brain trust and highly qualified technical staff that can't be replaced at factory.

      Relatively good pay (can’t reach the 15 word minimum because I can’t think of any other pros)

      Nonexistent communication, no training beyond on boarding (despite repeated requests over almost 3 years)
