supposedly cutting edge, but dont look under the hood

Management is entirely incompetent is my conclusion, the wrong people are in charge for the wrong reason without experience, Constant changing of priorities, rush jobs that sit for two weeks, petty gamesmanship, and compeletely useless admin staff

I can't think of any.

Management is treating different people differently. For example when someone getaway for some certain things, another person is blamed with the same thing he/she does. Unfair treatment.
