- Hard work and extra hours were recognised and rewarded - I found all employees and new hires great people and easy to get on with - One of the key assessments of potential new hires was how well they would fit in with the team and company instead of always being about qualifications and a perfect CV - Great team atmosphere within Clickwork7 - Manager and Employer were always happy for me to self teach new skills on the job and switch roles easily when in search of a new challenge - Was never micro managed and always confident that my line managers were approachable - Director seems passionate about the industry and heavily involved in a lot of areas of the business - Generous holiday allowance with birthdays allowed to be taken off - Use an employee bonus scheme called bonusly for recognition where the money can be cashed out or used for a range of gift cards - in-house tuck shop and pool table available - The cafe round the corner does a fantastic cookie and millionaire shortbread!

- Occasionally difficult to get everyone on board and going in the same direction as a company or team due to different target structures in different roles
