      Snacks Opportunities to volunteer while at work Good location

      Cons

      Constantly changing directions, company just does not know who they want to be when they grow up. Wrong people in impactful Leadership roles. HR needs to take the rose colored glasses off. The way people are let go is degrading and unprofessional. Sales Leaders are not being held accountable for declining numbers quarter after quarter. (it's always a blame game.) Poorly executed ideas. Great product but the instability of the past year or so has severely impacted this company. The fun start up environment of yesteryear is long gone.

Decisions can feel reactive rather than driven by a cohesive strategy. * Morale has declined over time as teams face ongoing uncertainty, reorganizations, and changing priorities. * There is a significant gap between leadership messaging and day-to-day execution. * Product innovation often feels driven by market trends and buzzwords rather than a deep understanding of customer needs.
