      Pros

      there was a great team in place in the Vancouver office, a supportive atmosphere and immediate management was terrific.

      Cons

      The west coast office was shut down and the staff laid off due to bankruptcy proceedings at the company which had recently acquired us. It was a frustrating and disappointing way to leave a job I enjoyed.

      -Open to new ideas and always looking for opportunity to improve. -Management is approachable -Fast paced and hard-working culture where everyone is passionate. -Cycling industry is fun!

      Cons

      -Lack of process makes day-to-day hard -Decision making is done within a small few -limited opportunities for upward mobility -need incentives for everyone, not sure senior management. -no funding for education and improvement. -too much turn-over makes team building difficult
