Horrible - Team Lead Suhner Employee Review

Work is not difficult at all.

Not a lot of overtime given.

There are no pros I can think of.

TERRIBLE management. This is why most people at the company are miserable and why the company loses thousands of dollars every day in what the company ships out, so they never meet their goals. You will be underpaid and bullied the whole time. EVERYTHING is documented so it can be used against you so they don't have to give you raises. They have a flawed point system since no one there knows how to properly manage the people underneath them. They point you every time you are sick EVEN if you provide a doctor's note. Overall morale is down because everyone that works on the floor is underpaid and treated like a robot. This is by far THE WORST company I've ever worked for. They are in the death phase of their company so more than likely they won't be in business much longer anyway, so don't waste your time.
