Poor management - Teacher Summit Academy Employee Review

Great admin--Lisa Cutler is a thoughtful and competent principal who cares about the staff and students and will back you up. The building is nice. You have autonomy but you're not alone.

Typical Utah stuff... culture wars. They had to reimagine and maybe cut out SEL, which was so helpful to student culture, because parents were triggered.

Large number of days off. Three shut down weeks with pay. All holidays off with pay. Three personal days [after one year]. Earn sick time every month. Vacation [after one year]

No annual raises given. Working conditions can be stressful.
