Pros

1- okay pay for the job, 2- good break schedule (every 3 hours) 3- winning decent prizes for each sale you make paid with a credit or debit card

Cons

Horrible employee handling. They train you on one single campaign and then stick you on it for weeks on end. Then throw fits when theyre profits plummet. No decent call center does that. they rotate you so you don't get too tired of the same 3 sentences over and over. 2- must have a 40% sales for you to get your bonuses.... Impossible considering you take literally 500-900 calls PER DAY. You get maybe one sale for every 50 calls you take. 3- being told you are never allowed to disconnect with a customer even if they are being abusive. You are supposed to just let the customer do it to you. 4- double standards for some employees vs others. 5- not worth the pay for the crap you put up with. systems not working and being told to keep making calls even though you wouldn't be able to process a payment if the chance came, not a paperless environment which is absolutely horrible considering we have access to credit card information very regularly, no strict cell phone policy. They allow everyone to keep it on their person or in desk, except floor support and supervisors and management who are allowed to walk around with them or text to anything else. Unsafe!!
