Breaks are not 15 minutes long. You're given 9 minutes out of an 8 hr shift to go to the restroom. If you use more than the allotted time you're written up. God forbid you sit any distance from the restroom or have any sort of medical emergency that requires an extended trip to the bathroom you're just out of luck.
