Pros

- Project superintendents and field supervisors are highly skilled at what they do, and are great to work with. - Great safety culture. - Office staff genuinely care and are great to deal with.

Cons

Upper management has great intentions, but often times had a scope of vision that seemed narrow. Also slow to accept input from those beneath them in the management chain.

Pros

Not many good things about working here. If you have a college degree, you will be able to move through the ranks.

Cons

90-100% Travel regardless of what the offer letter states. Upper management plays favorites when it comes to employees. You only get hours if you're on their good side. Upper management communication is a joke. The "schedule" for jobs is not finalized until Sunday, and not all employees get to see the schedule. It is up to the supervisors to communicate where you're going, how long you'll be there, and what the job entails. Operations have no budget, safety is a joke, and upper management act like employees are disposable because "They can do a better job than the technicians". Only certain people will get promoted through the ranks without a college degree. Upper management will tell you what they think you want to hear to get you to stick around and deal with more of the inconveniences of working here. The pay is WELL BELOW comparable companies. No yearly bonuses/raises to accommodate inflation rates or cost of living. If you do get a raise it is like less than 0.50 per hour. They had 1 safety guy when I was there because they were "too expensive". Safety equipment/PPE provided was EXTREMELY ineffective. Never had what we needed to complete a job. My advice if you currently work here or are looking to work here is: be careful, this is dangerous work with a company who doesn't care about you. Get a lawyer and write your will.
