      - Small business feel (everyone knows everyone) - Extremely supportive team - Wants your success - The best contractor I've been with - Willing to help you in every way to stay employed if contracts should end - Great benefits and options on benefits - Unbelievably kind people - Obviously cares about YOU as an individual - Compensation is great

      Cons

      - Contract work is still contract work which can be scary!

      - PTO can be a little harder to Acrew ( but the team is really flexible)
