Upper management is somewhat of a problem in their favoritism towards employees
No organizational processes in place to help guide employees
Little chance for advancement
The fact that the regionals are so close to the HR and other employees within the offices, make it incredibly difficult to ever place a complaint. They are friends so it will not be taken seriously. There is a lot of cover up and shadiness going on in this company. I highly recommend to steer clear and be on guard. DOCUMENT everything!
