      You will move up quickly. Closed on Fridays - employees work 4 10-hour shifts.

      Cons

      Lots of interoffice drama. You will only get a raise if someone leaves, or they are having staffing issues - it is not based on performance.

      Immediate Supervisor was fantastic. The company was flexible, family oriented company and listens to the employees.

      Cons

      Waits to long to adjust things that are going wrong. Has a “clique” like atmosphere.

      "Summit cares" is the motto. And we did.

      Unfortunately, the Seattle site closed down.
