Pros

Work with a 2-3 person merchandising team in 1 - 2 (same) locations on a weekly basis. Caring Company to work for. Promotion from within can occur. The Retail Client (business) you work in is more than supportive of your company and team.

Cons

At times projects can seem over whelming. Compensation for both management and employees could be better. At times the Retail Client seems to confused in what direct they want to go causing rework.

Pros

The biggest pro is work life balance. Having a consistent schedule each week is a huge plus. You get to communicate with a wide variety of people each day that are there to help. You are able to think outside of the box and feel like you made an impact either big or small each day.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this time.

Pros

Very few. 1. The schedule (Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm with half hour lunch) 2. Inside grocery store (so lots of food options for lunch)

Cons

Everything else. the 401k is a joke. Health insurance is very expensive and you have to drive your own vehicle to multiple stores, often further from home with terrible reimbursement rates. Lots of favoritism. If you aren't sleeping with store management, or brown nosing the higher ups, you'll be pushed aside and not given ANY opportunities despite working hard. Hard work, kindness, and good ethics mean nothing to these people. Horrible company ran by incompetent morons. lied about opportunities for advancement multiple times and fired anyone who didn't agree with them.
