      Strong office culture of teamwork and comradery. Interesting projects and meaningful contributions to the team. Very hand-on atmosphere and encouraging of developing innovative solutions to standard industry practices. Company uses modern technology to improve design and fabrication process (CNC plasma equipment, industry standard CAD software, robotic surveying tools).

      Cons

      Limited set procedures , so some ordinary tasks take more time than necessary.

      High Wage, Good Management, Opportunity for advancement, Good employees, On the job training.

      Cons

      Not a "clean job" meaning that you work in a shop that produces a lot of steel products so you naturally get dirty throughout the day.
