Management has interest to help the employee succeed with a job they enjoy. They hire other candidates based on the quality of the candidate overall, not just what's on paper. Interviews heavily reflect that, and the management for this company is excellent. HR was also very accommodating. I would absolutely work for them again if a opportunity presented itself locally. This company also pays for training if seeking it (or required for job functions).
