      There is nothing good about the Kelowna location I don't recommend working here unless you want to be treated poorly. The manager has no idea what he's doing!

      Cons

      This company doesn't know how to treat its staff at the kelowna location, staff are over worked and under paid. They run this company based on fear. The turn over in people is extremely high as they like to constantly fire people. I wouldn't NOT recommend working for summit tools in Kelowna . If your looking for long term work this is not the place don't waste your time.

      Good commrodory between fellow employees.

      Cons

      The worst management and ownership group to be allowed to run a business. Rude slave like conditions that have 90% of employees wondering why they even bother to stay. They have found every way to get more out of their employees without paying for it. Walk away. Run away!!
