Pros
I've worked here several years and it's a good company. Our employees are our biggest asset and most everyone works hard, cares about the company and about doing a good job. The new management team is making an effort to communicate effectively and bring transparency to the organization. New opportunities have come from the growth and it's been exciting to be a part of building the structure.
Cons
The company's been through major changes overall and with management, which tends to make employees nervous and for them to long for the old days. We aren't a small company any longer and have experienced growing pains for several years. We do seem to run short staffed and that can make for long hours which impacts work/life balance. In some departments/areas there isn't the potential for advancement, but that happens in every company.
