Pros

good pay and benefits and intentions from the company. You can tell they really do want to help their customers.

Cons

The opportunity was a good one but there was division in leadership at the top. It was all family issues. Those issues spread to the organization and impacted everyone down to the employee level. When i was let go i wan't given a reason, a call, or an email. A manager from a different organization gave me my termination letter. I was still glad for the opportunity and learned A TON from my time there. The company does have a good heart and if leadership can come together and lead effectively instead of being divided they would have a better chance.

Pros

None, I use to love this job. Now I just dread going to work. Too many clicks, and if you don't fit in, you will be an outsider. Its also nice to see many employees doing little to no work with no repercussions. The one place where nothing works should be the actual slogan.

Cons

I use to love this place. Then upper management changed, we lost a bunch of accounts. Employees have been fired right and left, or ran for the hills (they are the smart ones). They have events, but don't allow field technicians enough flexibility to get to them. You will be underpaid, watched like a hawk, and don't expect to get ahead. There are little to no opportunities to advance, and when there are, they are not posted for you to apply to them. Current management will pick and choose who gets a chance for the opening.
