Pros

Not too much comes to mind.

Cons

There is no consistency, the owner changes policy, pay, privacy, his mind weekly. There is no room for growth and no trust among employees.

Pros

No joke, the Sumo team is truly a family! #SumoLife We work hard, we hang out, we have fun, and we all love what we do. We have a small team full of ROCKSTARS (some of the smartest people I've ever worked with) that are generating amazing results while helping businesses all over the world make an impact. You've probably heard many times that a company has a great culture but I always took it with a grain of salt b/c honestly who is going to tell you the culture at a company sucks. But since joining the Sumo Fam this is TRULY a place that has an AMAZING culture, an amazing team, and we are all Our leaders focus heavily on keeping that culture alive. If you want to be apart of a special team, doing special things come join the Sumo Fam --> it will be one of those moments in your life when you look back and know this was the point in time that changed the trajectory of my life in an amazing way.

Cons

Besides the fact that we're located on E. 6th street so I have to drive from North Austin every day and play this game called "People Don't Know How To Drive On I-35" #FirstWorldProblems...there isn't one complaint from me. When I leave the office each day, I'm excited to go to sleep so I can wake up and come back #NoBS
