      Unstable work processes, Major company changes every week, They forced us to sign new contracts as the company found a way to pay a lot less to their employees.

      1. Culture—superb culture—fun, considerate, non-political, hardworking, intelligent people. They do an excellent job at hiring good people. 2. Great support and flexibility for their customers. They are very nice to work with. 3. Internal teams are very responsive. They’re very quick to help and even proactive. 4. The company works hard to innovate and support customer needs.

      Cons

      None at all—no company is perfect but this company comes pretty close.
