      Good wage for the Okanagan Solid 7 year contract union pension plan

      Cons

      No support from union (teamsters) micromanage no shift flexibility not to sure who is steering the ship

      Pros

      HR was easy to work with. Pleasant co-workers.

      Cons

      If you aren't close to your lead or supervisor and you work on a different shift you run the risk of constantly being blamed for issues that you didn't cause.
