Nice coworkers and atmosphere . There is a open line of communication with workers and management. Company is small enough that everyone is friendly.

Working outside/construction however management understands that the work can be a little taxing and therefore is flexible.

Half trained by a bipolar employee that thinks she knows everything but does not know how to talk to people. (if you have the need to text an "I am sorry for talking to you that way" every other day while you are at lunch. You don't have any business training anyone.
