Pros

They're great at manipulating people!

Cons

The ownership has no vision or concept of how to effectively run a business. He fell into this business by luck with a background in insurance and law enforcement and has no business acumen. His ego is also out of control. Moreover, the company's HR department is extremely manipulative and actively seeks to recruit and exploit employees at any level until their usefulness has passed and then they are fired. The pay is sub-par and the expectations are very high. There are no ethics in management and their every action draws controversy both internally and externally. And, their turnover is very high, often churning once a year or at the whims of the owner. This is one of the most disappointing companies I've ever worked at and you would be well advised to steer clear of the drama. Although they may seem to be a good company on the surface, they are actually a nightmare to work for.

Pros

Caleb Arthur is tenacious, innovative, and connected. He is constantly checking and adjusting to the current economic and political climates. Aaron Moore, the Director of Sales, is one of the best people I have ever met. W2 employees. Gas stipends. Company vehicles are available in certain situations. There is no cap on commissions, multiple Energy Consultants make 6 figures.

Cons

You have to work hard.
