Pros
Working alone, loved the location in a busy train station, met lots of new people and was able to keep a good balance with work and home. Liked some coworkers, not all though.
Cons
Low pay, Low commission. She would not keep track of hours worked and would often "forget" to pay whole check. She would shut down locations without warning and employees were given one day notice of their termination because she refused to communicate with others.
