Employer is a sham. Promises sign on bonus then screws you

I signed on as a worker with the intent of becoming a foreman. I was promised a sign on bonus which I believe the manager submitted and the owner Paul casab denied my bonus and my raise. The man is a liar. He blames everyone else for the problems at the company and the equipment and vehicles we drive are in terrible condition. The driver who transports large vehicles and trees is forced to transport them in trailers that are over 50 years old.
