      I feel obliged and happy to be working in such an environment. The kind of work we do here is exceptional. Management and Bosses are very cool and understanding.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work overtime but the feeling of getting work delivered on time and Great Feedback from clients overpowers the cons!

      Work-life balance *hint* *hint* A close-knit 'family' who 'care' about you. Micromanagement at its best! Report your bathroom breaks down to the seconds. Pushed me to look for better opportunities out of sheer desperation.

      Cons

      Breathing down your back. Need to share your team with the ENTIRE team from the CEO to the HR to show that you are working at all times. If you take a WFH, you do not get 10 minutes for a lunch break, you are expected to work with one hand and eat with the other.
