      Battery storage is new and shiny technology.

      Cons

      THE worst management I have ever worked with. The turnover rate at this company is far greater than should ever be acceptable. CEO enforces a company culture that abuses all professional boundries of worklife.

      Pros

      Great company that recently did a big turn around to focus on high quality design. Upper management really did the work to set up smart work processes and focused on hiring leaders that were passionate about doing things the right way. Employees are spread out between US and Canada, and it is remote worker friendly.

      Cons

      Still a new company, working out the kinks.
