Good culture and overall environment of the company. Good opportunities within the company to grow and advance. Company tries to take care of their employees and are open to new ideas.

The pay was a little bit on the light side. It is a good company to cut your teeth at but may need to leave and come back in order to stay competitive in pay scales.

People were very nice and easy to get along with. I enjoyed working there for the most part, but that was before GFI bought the company.

Many IT employees were very clicky and many unwilling to share and protecting their domains. Not the best place for sharing and learning. There was a strange click going on with Scientology where many execs were part of the church. After GFI bought the company everything changed, the owner of the company left to start his own training company across the street (strange).
