It's an international company with teams in the Netherlands and Vietnam Lot to learn and focus on personal growth Responsibility and ownership are not only expected but also trained if needed Great international group of clients
Cons
They expect to you to give your best and less is not acceptable (of course everyone can have an off day). The team is honest and can sometimes be hard to be evaluated by peers Roles are defined, but it is expected to fill and jump in when one team member is not fully preforming ("not my problem" mentality is not accepted)
