Sunbytes has gone through some rough periods during covid. They choose to keep people on board as their social responsibility. This resulted in a big impact on the company and owners. Lot of colleagues underestimated how much the owners had given them and think this is normal.
I liked that they will take care of their team and show loyalty even when it is not needed.
Next to that they create a learning environment where people can really develop if you take the chance.
Cons
I hope they grow faster so more clients and engineer have a great place to work at.
Also they had have some issues in doing assessments, but I believe they have improved on that a lot already.
