Pros
*Please keep in mind I worked at this company years ago, so this may not hold up today* I was hired with a cohort and there wasn't much work to spread around, so there was a lot of time to explore other parts of the company that you'd like to work with on projects. So long as you were hitting your support metrics you were free to pursue other goals. I was able to work with 2 other teams and learnt new skills I still use today. Good benefits package considering its size. There were fantastic facilities in the office, and the coverage was holistic. Provided you with brand new equipment on day 1, and all the accessories you need for a home office; you could work from home for 3 days a week.
Cons
If you're someone who needs a rigid structure for your workday, it can be unmotivating at times. Early shifts and weekend availability are required. They'll take your preference into account but ultimately they need to have enough people on each shift. Advertised as fully remote, but within a few months was changed to hybrid.
