Pros

It is only for the management, not for any employee. You will find many positive reviews on the name of Former Employee but all are FAKE.

Cons

No work life balance. Employee's performance is measured by how long you can stay after office hours. Worst HR policies. Infrastructure is not good. Salary deduction on the name of Company Policy. Very less salary increment. They will make new rules at any time for an employee that you never know. You are always expected to work like a robot.
