Pros
There are so truly wonderful people at the mid and ground level who would give you the shirt off their back.
Cons
Dishonesty, buzz words instead of truly following good values, greed at the executive and manager levels, poor communication, people are allowed to behave unprofessionally with little to no oversight to be reigned in due to favoritism or lack of care from management and HR has their hands full with a revolving door. Layoffs in multiple rounds that could have been avoided had the business avoided risks and bad deals and tightened policies before going public.
