Sunridge Management Response
3moThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely appreciate feedback from former and current team members, as it helps us continue refining and strengthening our operations. We understand that property management can feel fast-paced and, at times, demanding — particularly during staffing transitions or growth phases. The environment you described is one where quick thinking and adaptability are essential, and we recognize that this pace is not the right fit for everyone.
We do want to respectfully provide additional context regarding leadership oversight and owner asset protection at SunRidge Management. Our corporate structure includes intentional layers of support designed specifically to protect ownership investments and ensure operational excellence across every community. This includes a dedicated Training Director who leads structured onboarding and continuous education initiatives, a Recruiting & Experience Manager focused on hiring quality talent, strengthening retention, and supporting employee development, an Internal Auditor who conducts detailed reviews of financials, compliance standards, and operational procedures, a VP of Marketing supported by a marketing team, focused on leasing performance, branding strategy, and long-term value positioning, as well as full IT support and accounting services. Each community also a dedicated AVP for regional support, site visits and continued training as well as a VP who provides consistent oversight and accountability
Protecting owner investments and supporting high-performing team members is a responsibility we take seriously. We are committed to structured training, operational auditing, and recognizing strong contributors while addressing underperformance in a fair and timely manner. We also recognize that execution at the site level can vary, and we continuously evaluate our processes to ensure alignment with company standards. Feedback like yours reinforces the importance of communication, consistency, and active leadership engagement — all of which remain priorities for our organization.
We sincerely wish you success in your continued career and thank you again for sharing your perspective.
