At Sunset I feel I have a great level of autonomy in my department to make decisions. I get to work closely with all team members including the co-founders. My exposure to different types of property management is providing me growth.

Working very independently so it does require dedication and big work ethic.

Only positive is the people that USED to work there. They either fired them all of drove them to quit based on their money hungry agenda.

Truly one of the most awful places I've Worked. No organization to the company. They expect you to work way over the normal 9-5 and the pay was terrible. The owners and upper management think they are better than all of the employees who do the actual ground work and allow them to continue to make money. They look down on their own employees and have crazy double standards. The owners also outwardly mocked social justice protests and made politically incorrect comments. They are money hungry slum lords who will cut corners at the expense of the working class. The upper management does not care about their residents.
