      Toxic culture. Strong cult of personality to founder. You shouldn't have your own thought, just do what boss tells u. Work at midnight and weekends are very common.

      Very nice management trainee program, young people and sincere mentor-ship

      It is a big group so sometimes hard to find time to talk to manager directly
